Our Couch-to-Krav Maga program is a 6 week program designed to introduce you to Krav Maga self defense. You will improve your agility, balance, speed, strength and most of all - your ability to protect yourself!
Training meets T/Th’s from 7pm-8pm. Pricing includes: Water bottle & gym bag! Modifications are made for everyone that needs them - so this is truly open to all skill levels.
